Responsibilities
Deliver warm, personalized and memorable experiences that reflect The Clan Hotel's unique heritage-inspired hospitality.
Build meaningful relationships with guests by understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs.
Serve as a cultural ambassador, sharing local insights, heritage stories and curated recommendations.
Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate personalized arrangements, reservations, transportation and special occasions for guests.
Collaborate closely with hotel departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest journey.
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to enhance service personalization.
Promote hotel facilities, services and experiences to maximize guest satisfaction and engagement.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, grooming and service excellence at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
Requirements
A minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
Relevant work experience will be duly considered.
Willing to work rotating shifts.
Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communications skills.
Preferred experience in the hospitality industry along with familiarity of the Opera system.
