Job Summary

• The Service Operations & Customer Support Executive supports day-to-day service order administration and customer support activities in Asia Pacific.
• The role supports the Service Operations & Customer Support Manager and field service engineers in service orders, customer enquiries, service parts, documentation, reporting and other administrative activities.
• The position works closely with customers and relevant internal teams to support timely and accurate service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support aftermarket sales, including materials, service contracts and billable service hours.
• Respond to requests for quotations and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Prepare order processing documents, including delivery notes and tax invoices, using the in-house NetSuite enterprise resource planning system.
• Support inside sales activities by promoting post-warranty services and upgrading solutions to existing customers and assist with campaigns developed by product managers.
• Assist the Service Operations & Customer Support Manager in assigning and coordinating field service engineers’ schedules.
• Coordinate with factories and buyers on the delivery of goods.
• Prepare aftermarket reports and sales forecasts and assist the Service Operations & Customer Support Manager in submitting them according to the internal reporting calendar.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a commercial organization engaged in international business.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management or other business systems would be an advantage.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, willing to learn and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Additional Asian language capabilities would be an advantage.
• Demonstrates agility and curiosity.
