We are seeking a bellman to assist in the daily hotel operations. As a bellman, you will assist the guests in transporting their luggage from the check-in lobby to the respective guests' rooms to ensure incoming guests' satisfaction.
Job Scope:
Always smile and welcome and acknowledge all guest according to hotel standards, anticipate and address guest’s service needs.
Opening doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the hotel.
Answering to hotel guests’ enquiries.
Ensure proper handling and timely delivery of guests’ luggage to the guest rooms to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
Requirements
Able to work in island wide locations.
Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with guests to move their belongings.
Adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards to ensure professionalism.
