Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

You will lead and execute digital delivery workflows across the assignment, acting as the authority on model federation and interface resolution:

• Manage, federate, and maintain discipline-specific models (Civil, Structural, MEP, Architectural, and Rail Systems) in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage in strict compliance with LTA BIM specifications and project EIR/BEP.
• Lead regular spatial coordination and clash resolution workshops with discipline leads, site engineers, and sub-contractors, transforming spatial conflicts into constructible, field-ready solutions.
• Conduct rigorous quality audits, model health checks, and parameter verification to guarantee data fidelity for 4D construction staging, quantity extraction, and as-built handovers.
• Prepare comprehensive clash identification reports, technical queries (RFIs), and visual issue trackers using BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Liaise directly with the Main Contractor’s BIM Manager, client representatives, and qualified persons (QPs) to ensure all digital submissions adhere to regulatory approval workflows (CORENET and LTA standards).
• Monitor site progress against coordinated models, verifying as-built site conditions using point cloud/laser scan data where required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Domain Experience: Proven, demonstrable track record as a BIM Coordinator on complex underground rail, metro, or MRT projects, with direct experience navigating Singapore LTA BIM submission standards.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Familiarity with Bentley MicroStation/OpenRail or Dynamo scripting is highly advantageous.
• Education & Certifications: Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or relevant Specialist Diploma in BIM / Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) recognized by BCA.
• Regulatory Fluency: Comprehensive understanding of Singapore’s BCA BIM guidelines, LTA Particular Specifications, and CORENET e-submission protocols.
