Keysight Technologies Hiring! Full Time Senior Business Development Manager – Automated Test - Assurance in North Region (Singapore) - Ricebowl

Keysight is hiring a senior business developer to grow its network test and assurance business in APAC. The focus is winning new logos at high-ARPU carriers across Southeast Asia (China is out of scope).

You will find new markets and use cases, incubate new product concepts, and build repeatable sales plays. This is an overlay role: you enable the regional account managers, specialists, and solution engineers rather than owning a territory.

• Core focus: Landslide, Velocity, VisionWorks
• Also in portfolio: 8100, Octobox, Umetrix, Fit4Launch

Responsibilities:

• Win new logos at high-ARPU carriers across Southeast Asia.
• Identify new markets, use cases, and strategic customers in the region.
• Incubate new product concepts with product management: validate them with customers, fail fast, and work with product marketing to productize and position the ones that succeed.
• Build repeatable sales strategies and plays that regional account teams can run.
• Partner with account managers, regional specialists, and solution engineers to open and win new business.
• Develop partnerships with systems integrators, channel partners, and NEMs to extend reach.

Success is measured by contribution to the division's growth target, with new-logo wins as the key sub-target.

Qualifications:

Required

• 10+ years in telecom or networking, including 5+ years in business development or similar customer-facing growth roles.
• Credible depth in 5G core and IP networking, with hands-on network test and/or service assurance experience.
• Background at a test vendor, operator, systems integrator, channel partner, or NEM integration team.
• Proven ability to build senior relationships and influence complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Preferred

• Established relationships with Southeast Asian carriers.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
