Vested Search Hiring! Full Time Transfer Pricing Lead in - Ricebowl

Vested Search are excited to partner with a globally established multinational looking to hire a global Transfer Pricing Lead into their Singapore HQ

This role will work directly with the global head of tax and wider leadership team on owning the transfer pricing strategy, policy and compliance for the group in collaboration with aligned business units and leaders locally and overseas

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, maintenance, and implementation of the Group’s global transfer pricing framework, policies, and operating principles
• Monitor international transfer pricing developments and translate emerging requirements into clear and proportionate actions for the organization
• Provide practical and commercially grounded transfer pricing guidance on business initiatives, market entry, restructuring, acquisitions, disposals, and cross-border transactions
• Partner with finance, legal, treasury, controllership, and commercial teams to assess transfer pricing implications of business decisions
• Oversee the Group’s transfer pricing compliance framework, including master file, local files, benchmarking, Country-by-Country Reporting inputs, and related documentation requirements
• Lead or support transfer pricing audits, enquiries, dispute resolution, and negotiations with tax authorities in collaboration with local teams and external advisers

Individuals should have 5-12 years approximate experience in transfer pricing and be permanent residents in Singapore
