Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the architecture, development and scaling of enterprise web applications and AI-augmented automation platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing modern web applications, building secure APIs, integrating enterprise systems and implementing AI-driven workflow automation. This role also involves providing technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and ensuring high standards of software quality and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using React, Next.js and .NET 8+ (C#).
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain backend services and application architectures.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security and reliability.

2. API Development & System Integration

• Design, develop and secure REST APIs and OData services.
• Integrate ERP platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Epicor and Microsoft Dynamics with cloud-based applications.
• Develop system integrations to support enterprise business operations.

3. AI & Intelligent Automation

• Design and implement AI-driven workflow automation and agentic platforms.
• Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect AI agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise APIs and business data.
• Explore and implement AI technologies to improve development efficiency and business processes.

4. Technical Leadership

• Lead code reviews and establish software architecture best practices.
• Make technical decisions and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical development.
• Utilise AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to improve development productivity and testing quality.

5. Deployment & Maintenance

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support continuous software delivery.
• Deploy and manage applications across Azure, IIS and containerised environments.
• Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve system performance.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET (C#) and ASP.NET Core.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with React and TypeScript.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise full-stack software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in REST API design and security.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Entity Framework Core.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.

Additional Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud deployment, preferably Azure and Docker.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with CI/CD, microservices and software design patterns.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Tailwind CSS and state management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using Git.

Good to Have:

• Experience integrating ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Epicor or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Experience with UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate (RPA).
• Exposure to LLM integration and AI agent development.
• Experience with Next.js.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Technical Tools:
Git, Jira, Visual Studio Code, Docker, Postman, SQL Server Management Studio and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
