Job Responsibilities:

• Handle foreign worker matters, including FOMEMA, PLKS renewal and immigration-related matters.
• Manage monthly payroll using SQL HRMS and maintain staff records.
• Handle disciplinary matters, including warning letters, show cause letters and Domestic Inquiry (DI).
• Manage foreign worker hostel and accommodation matters.
• Maintain proper staff filing and HR documentation.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies, rules and internal memos.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Handle employee relations fairly and professionally between management and staff.
• Communicate management instructions and company policies clearly to employees.
• Visit company outlets within Klang Valley when necessary to resolve staff-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Relevant experience in HR operations.
• Knowledge of SQL HRMS is required.
• Experience in foreign worker and immigration matters is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, firm and fair when handling staff matters.
• Able to work independently and travel to outlets when required.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
