Responsibilities
No experience? No prior sales experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided for selected candidates.
Job Scope:
Recommend comprehensive strategies spanning wealth protection, savings, retirement, and investment planning
Build trusted, long-term relationships by actively listening and guiding clients through shifting financial milestones
Benefit from one-on-one mentorship and sales supervision to help grow your career
Remuneration:
Basic allowance plus commission (performance-based earnings)
Initial SGD $2000 marketing support
to help kickstart your career
Structured career development program with minimum 24 months of one-on-one mentorship
Requirements:
Local Diploma or higher (Degree holders welcome to apply)
Residing in Singapore
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices is a plus (but not required)
Willingness to work in a sales-driven environment and accept a commission-based role
