Job Responsibilities:

• Perform HR data entry, assist with payroll processing, and maintain annual leave and medical leave records.
• Coordinate foreign workers’ permit renewals.
• Coordinate training schedules and attendance for security guards.
• Assist in organising company events, including company trips, CSR activities, and annual dinners.
• Perform general HR duties and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
