Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative
Marketing & E-Commerce Executive
to support our branding, marketing campaigns, digital platforms and business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess a combination of creative design skills, digital marketing knowledge and commercial awareness. This role involves working closely with internal teams to develop engaging marketing content and execute promotional activities across various online and offline sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Design & Content Development
Create attractive marketing materials, including EDMs, posters, promotional banners, social media content, product catalogues and point-of-sale materials.
Develop engaging product presentations and promotional content for different target audiences.
Adapt creative materials to suit various retail channels, online platforms and marketing campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
2. Website & E-Commerce Operations
Manage and update website content, product information, promotional pages and visual assets.
Support daily e-commerce operations, including product listings and campaign updates.
Implement promotional mechanics such as discount campaigns, vouchers, bundle offers, Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) and membership promotions.
Coordinate website enhancements and technical matters with external service providers.
Ensure promotional information and pricing are accurately reflected across digital platforms.
3. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
Prepare, schedule and execute EDM campaigns and other digital marketing activities.
Assist in planning marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions and special events.
Support social media content creation and digital advertising initiatives.
Monitor campaign results, customer engagement and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Multi-Channel Sales & Marketing Support
Work with sales teams to prepare promotional materials for retail, wholesale, trade and e-commerce channels.
Support brand activations, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches and marketing events.
Assist in developing sales presentations, product information sheets and marketing proposals.
Coordinate with suppliers, business partners and external vendors on marketing deliverables.
5. General Marketing Coordination
Maintain and organise marketing assets, product images and promotional materials.
Coordinate timelines to ensure campaigns and marketing projects are completed as scheduled.
Assist with other marketing and business-related activities when required.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, Business or a related discipline.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce or creative design.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design applications.
Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Familiarity with EDM tools and digital marketing platforms.
Understanding of online promotions and basic campaign performance tracking.
Good creative sense, attention to detail and organisational skills.
Able to multitask, work independently and collaborate with different departments.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and good problem-solving skills.
