RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the sales team with daily tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and tracking sales progress.
• Handle sales orders, ensuring all order information is accurate and entered into the system promptly.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining sales contracts, quotations, and other sales documents.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective support.
• Maintain the customer database, ensuring the accuracy and updating of customer information.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily administrative tasks such as document organization, filing, and office equipment maintenance.
• Support the daily operations of the sales team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing and promotional activities.
• Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures and samples.

REQUIREMENT:

• At minimum diploma or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in sales support or administrative roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team and customers.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and time management abilities.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
