Minimum Degree Holder and at least 3 – 5 years of sales managerial experience

Strong knowledge in Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange products.

Experience in Commercial / SME Banking preferred.

Good communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer relationships.

Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Relevant experience in Trade Sales, Transaction Banking, or FX Sales is an added advantage.

Manage and develop Trade & FX business portfolio.

Promote Trade Finance products including Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Trust Receipt, Shipping Guarantee, and Export products.

Identify FX opportunities and provide treasury and hedging solutions to customers.

Work closely with RMs to deepen customer relationships and increase wallet share.

Conduct customer visits to understand business operations and financing requirements.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

Monitor revenue performance, utilization, and profitability of assigned portfolio.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and customer servicing.
