Experience in kitchen management within hot pot restaurants, Sichuan or Chongqing-style restaurants, or restaurant chains is preferred.

Familiar with kitchen production procedures, food safety requirements, and cost control.

Strong team management skills with a responsible attitude and good execution abilities.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak dining hours.

Candidates with relevant F&B; experience are preferred.

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with relevant experience.

Expected Start Date: Within 1 month

Location: Jalan P. Ramlee, KLCC

Working Hours: 3-shift work system with 4 rest days per month

Oversee overall kitchen production, kitchen staff management, and food safety compliance.

Coordinate food preparation, serving efficiency, dish quality standards, and kitchen hygiene.

Manage the kitchen team, including task allocation, staff training, and daily supervision.

Control ingredient wastage and assist in improving cost efficiency and food preparation procedures.

Coordinate with the outlet operations team to ensure smooth and consistent food service during peak hours.
