Our client, a premier banking group in Hong Kong, is actively expanding its Wealth Management division. They have launched a specialized recruitment initiative designed to identify and cultivate high-caliber sales professionals from diverse industries who wish to transition into the banking sector.
This role offers a structured pathway for successful sales individuals (from Real Estate, Luxury Retail, Aviation, or Hospitality) to leverage their existing client relationship skills within a professional financial environment.
The Opportunity
Sector Transition: A rare opportunity to enter the Banking industry without prior financial experience.
Professional Development: Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive Bridging Program , providing full training on financial products, compliance, and advisory strategies.
Remuneration: A superior compensation package comprising a highly competitive Base Salary (above market average for general sales) plus uncapped performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Provide dedicated wealth management services to a designated portfolio of High-Net-Worth individuals.

Financial Advisory: Analyze client needs to recommend appropriate investment, insurance, and wealth protection solutions (post-training).
Brand Representation: Uphold the professional standards and reputation of the bank at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in any competitive industry. A consistent track record of achieving sales targets is essential.
Qualifications: Form 5 / DSE graduate or above (Degree holders preferred).
Licensing: Prior financial licenses are not required . Candidates must demonstrate the commitment to obtain IIQE and HKSI qualifications.
