About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven B2B sales professional to grow our pharmaceutical packaging business across Asia Pacific (APAC).

What You’ll Do

• Drive business growth: Identify new customers, develop sales opportunities, and expand existing accounts across APAC.
• Develop sales strategies: Build and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Build customer relationships: Establish strong partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and industry contacts.
• Manage the sales process: Oversee sales pipelines, forecasts, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Provide customer support: Work with technical teams to support customer needs, machine trials, and packaging-related challenges.
• Work across teams: Collaborate with regional distributors, agents, and global colleagues to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Monitor performance: Track sales results, identify market opportunities, and report business progress to management.
• Represent the business: Attend customer meetings, industry exhibitions, and trade shows to strengthen market presence.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant sales or business development experience for the Manager level; 10+ years for the Senior level.
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of technical products, ideally pharmaceutical packaging materials or blister packaging equipment.
• A proven track record in developing new business and growing customer accounts.
• Strong commercial, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• An established network within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working with teams across different countries and cultures.
• Willingness to travel extensively across APAC, including Pakistan and Bangladesh.
