About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive or Senior Executive (Accounts Payable) to join Consort Bunkers Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor communications.

What you'll be doing

• Processing accounts payables and outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures in a timely manner

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payables’ data

• Prepare cheque/ TT forms and payment vouchers

• Verify any invoice discrepancies and resolve invoicing issues

• SPV Full Set accounts for month-end/year-end closing process and quarterly GST submissions

• Assist accounts Department with general admin duties

• Assist in other reasonable duties as and when assigned
  

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or accounts processing roles

• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple invoices and payments accurately

• Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Experience within the maritime sectors is an advantage
