JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the HR Manager in planning, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures.
• Manage workforce planning and recruitment activities, including project and site manpower requirements.
• Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance, leave administration, payroll coordination and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Laws and statutory requirements, including KWSP, PERKESO, EIS and HRD Corp.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis and KPI updates for Management.
• Support Management in HR projects, organisational development and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resource, preferably with supervisory or managerial exposure.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong experience in recruitment, workforce planning and employee relations.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
