About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer with strong visual design and UI/Web skills to design

user-friendly interfaces for our digital products, websites, landing pages, and client projects.

We are looking for someone who enjoys exploring ideas, understanding user needs, and finding

better ways to solve design problems. You should have a strong visual foundation, an interest in

UI/UX design, and a curious mindset towards experimenting with AI tools to improve creativity

and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

UI & Web Design

- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital products using

Figma.

- Translate briefs, wireframes, and concepts into polished UI designs and interactive

prototypes.

- Ensure responsive layouts and consistent visual quality across desktop and mobile.

Creative & Visual Design

- Create visual assets and supporting banners for websites, landing pages, and digital

products.

- Develop visual concepts and layouts that align with project objectives and brand

guidelines.

- Apply strong typography, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy to ensure polished,

consistent designs.

Problem Solving & UX Thinking

- Understand design briefs, ask relevant questions, and clarify requirements before

starting.

- Identify potential usability issues and suggest improvements to user flows, layouts, and

interactions.

- Explore alternative approaches and explain design decisions where appropriate.

AI Exploration & Workflow Innovation

- Explore and experiment with AI tools to support ideation, UI design, visual creation, and

workflow efficiency.

- Identify opportunities to improve creative output and reduce repetitive work through

AI.

- Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and share useful tools and learnings with the

team.

Collaboration & Delivery

- Collaborate with the Design Director, product team, and developers to deliver effective

design solutions.

- Communicate progress, raise questions or blockers early, and respond constructively to

feedback.

- Manage assigned tasks and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Skills and Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

- Proficient in Figma and familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Portfolio demonstrating website, landing page, or UI design skills.

- Basic understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and interaction patterns.

- Familiarity with AI tools or a strong willingness to explore and learn them.

Bonus Skills: Basic HTML/CSS, interactive prototyping, motion graphics, or video editing.

Portfolio submission is required. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their design

process and how they leverage AI tools to explore solutions during a practical interview

exercise.
