Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution from inception to completion.
Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
Develop and maintain construction programmes, resource plans, and work schedules.
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimise delays and disruptions.
Contract & Cost Management
Assist in managing project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
Review and administer main contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements.
Evaluate contractual claims, purchase orders, and progress payment submissions in coordination with relevant parties.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Stakeholder & Design Coordination
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
Facilitate communication and resolve project-related issues to support smooth execution.
Attend and lead project progress, coordination, and technical meetings.
Review design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance and constructability.
Work with design consultants to resolve design issues and improve buildability.
Coordinate interfaces between residential, retail, commercial, transport, and other development components, where applicable.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure project works comply with applicable Singapore building regulations, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Promote compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and company safety procedures.
Monitor quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct or coordinate site inspections and audits to verify compliance with approved specifications and safety requirements.
Team Leadership & Reporting
Lead or support project teams, including site engineers and coordinators.
Guide and mentor junior team members and support performance management.
Prepare and present regular project progress and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster effective teamwork and a collaborative working environment.
