Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via email and telephone to address enquiries and provide necessary updates.

  • Perform data entry for inbound and outbound warehouse transactions.

  • Prepare and maintain relevant warehouse documentation.

  • Provide administrative support for daily warehouse operations.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
