Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and hands-on Café Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
Job Scope:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure the café is properly opened and closed according to operating procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of ingredients, beverages, and operating supplies.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Recruit, train, supervise, and develop café staff.
Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
Assign daily duties and ensure staff carry out their responsibilities effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, or F&B operations.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of café operations, food preparation, and beverage service
