Develop and operate containerized services and internal infrastructure tooling using Go and PostgreSQL.

Deploy and manage containerized workloads.
Operate PostgreSQL databases, backups, migrations, and recovery procedures.
Implement health checks, metrics, structured logging, and alerting.
Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability.
