Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily production planning and scheduling, achieving and monitoring production targets, managing personnel efficiency, and in-process product management for production delivery.
• Responsible for monitoring the yield rate of each production process, promptly identifying and addressing fluctuations and abnormalities in the yield rate.
• Responsible for conducting team inspections to ensure that team requirements (delivery, quality, safety, on-site) and key control points are executed as required.
• Responsible for controlling product production costs and managing cost reduction in various aspects such as raw materials, auxiliary materials, small parts and supplies consumption.
• Responsible for guiding employees to produce according to processes and production procedures, supervising and managing employees in terms of process discipline, on-site 6S, labor discipline, personal emotions, etc.
• Responsible for leading improvement initiatives within the scope including focusing on output delivery, quality and quantity.

Requirements

• At least SKM Level 3/Diploma or above in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, able to manage manpower and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficient in using computers, MS Office software, and other commonly used computer software.
• Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
