WE ARE HIRING: HSE OFFICER – SINGAPORE

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Singapore.

• Position: HSE Officer
• Location: Singapore
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction industry
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and environmental regulations.
• Implement and monitor HSE management systems and environmental control programmes.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and workforce training.
• Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and emergency preparedness procedures.
• Prepare HSE reports and monitor safety performance indicators.
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant authorities on safety and environmental matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health or a related discipline.
• MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• NEA-registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Experience with Singapore Power (SP), PUB, LTA, or Changi Airport Group (CAG) projects is preferred.
• Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
• Own transport is an advantage.
