Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end implementation projects for websites and mobile applications.
Gather, define, and document client and user requirements.
Conduct QA and user acceptance testing to guarantee quality and compliance.
Facilitate day-to-day workflow and collaboration with internal execution teams.
Manage client communications, pitch ideas, handle feedback, and resolve project roadblocks.
Support ad-hoc business initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
1+ years of experience in digital project management or account servicing (Agency/Vendor experience preferred). Senior Project Executive title available for experienced candidates.
Solid understanding of digital trends and technical concepts.
Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail.
