Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Able to coordinate with drivers, subcontractors, customers and internal teams.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Coordinate daily B2B and B2C LTL deliveries, including pickup and delivery arrangements.

Monitor delivery status, long-haul and last-mile performance, and follow up on delays or operational issues.

Ensure proper shift handover by updating delivery statuses, pending issues and exceptions.

Update delivery tasks and statuses in internal systems and maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Liaise with warehouse, customer service, drivers and operations teams to resolve delivery issues and support daily operations.
