Warehouse Management Trainee

Warehouse Responsibilities / 仓库职责：

• 负责技术员的工作分配、每月轮班排班以及加班管控。Responsible for job assignments for technicians, monthly shift scheduling, and overtime control.
• 负责监督和检查技术员的工作质量及纪律。Responsible for supervising and inspecting technicians' work quality and discipline.
• 负责在分配的区域内进行 6S 检查。Responsible for conducting 6S inspections in the assigned area.

Requirements / 职位要求：

• SPM（中学毕业）、大专或任何领域的学士学位。SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 欢迎应届毕业生；无需经验，提供培训。Welcome fresh graduate; no experience is required, training is provided.
• 愿意并能够根据要求适应各种班次，包括夜班和周末。Willingness and ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, as required.
• 每周工作 6 天，休假 1 天（休息日不固定在周六或周日）。Availability to work a 6-day week with 1 day off (1 day off is not fix on Saturday or Sunday).

Salary & Benefits / 薪资与福利：

Salary up to RM6500 (Basic + Allowances + OT) / 薪资最高可达 RM6500（底薪 + 津贴 + 加班费）
