Authorize and control packing operations by starting/stopping packing when necessary and rejecting packaging materials or products that are out of specification.

Ensure packing and loading operations for 1kg, 25kg, bulk loading, cartooning, and robotic systems are carried out safely and efficiently according to SOP.

Verify product and packaging requirements, including flour brand, bin selection, product quality, and packaging materials, according to HOD instructions.

Ensure machinery servicing and cleaning are carried out according to the scheduled maintenance plan or as instructed by the HOD, and report any machine problems or breakdowns to Maintenance.

Ensure product samples are sent to the Laboratory according to the required sampling frequency and ensure all CCP checks are completed in accordance with established procedures.

Operate the forklift safely and transfer finished products from the cartooning section to the warehouse in accordance with safety procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all required files, documents, and operational reports are properly completed.

Practice GMP and maintain good housekeeping by ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper workplace organization at all times.
