Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Data Entry Clerk role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Data Entry Clerk will input, update, and maintain event-related data in company systems and spreadsheets. Daily tasks include verifying information for accuracy, organizing booking details, preparing simple reports, and assisting with documentation needed for event planning and execution. The role also involves coordinating with team members to ensure data is complete, responding to data-related queries, and following internal procedures to safeguard confidential information. The position requires consistent attention to detail, timely completion of assigned tasks, and adherence to Joyspace Event Management’s data standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately input, review, and update data in spreadsheets and database systems.
• Basic proficiency with office software such as word processing and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks reliably.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and handling data-related queries.
• Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, follow instructions, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
