JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification of PMR or SPM.
• Possess valid car and motorcycle driving licences.
• Familiar with Klang Valley & Putrajaya routes and locations.
• Able to manage time effectively and complete assignments within the required timelines.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy and able to work independently.
• Willing to assist other departments when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out daily dispatch duties, including the collection, delivery and distribution of documents, parcels, materials and other company items to designated locations.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately, safely and on time.
• Handle company documents and items with care and maintain confidentiality where required.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, acknowledgements and other relevant dispatch activities.
• Ensure the assigned company vehicles (if provided) is kept clean and in good working condition and promptly report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Comply with traffic laws, road safety requirements and company vehicle usage procedures.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as and when required.
• Comply with the company's Integrated Management System (IMS), including quality, occupational health and safety, environmental, facilities and energy management policies, procedures and responsibilities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
