About the Roles

We are hiring an Operation Assistant (Office role) in the Transportation and storage industry, based in Tai Seng. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, offering a monthly salary of up to $2,200 plus OT and variable bonus, providing a stable office-based role with good work-life structure and performance-based rewards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner
• Prepare, draft, and issue quotations to customers accurately and promptly
• Handle email correspondence and maintain clear day-to-day communication
• Support routine operational workflows and general administrative coordination
• Provide timely updates and reports to the Assistant Manager
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Open to candidates without prior experience, as training will be provided
• Comfortable handling phone calls and communicating with clients
• Able to prepare, draft, and send quotations accurately
• Able to manage email responses in a professional manner
• Willing to learn, adapt, and take on new tasks as required
