Responsibilities
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount, and you will be deployed to:
Location: South / Central
Salary: $1,800–$2,200/month
Duration: 6 Months
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, Office Hours
Job Responsibilities:
Check supplier invoices and supporting documents in the Ariba system
Verify invoice details, including vendor name, invoice number, date and amount
Ensure delivery orders and supporting documents are complete and accurate
Identify discrepancies and assist with general administrative duties
Requirements:
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good organisational and communication skills
Able to commit to the full 6 months and occasional OT
