About Wonder Balloons

Wonder Balloons Malaysia (WB Supplies & Services Sdn Bhd) is a balloon decoration and brand activation company in Klang. We decorate launches, events and stores for corporate clients. We also run an online balloon shop and a retail store.

The role

You'll support our Senior Sales Executive with quotations, client follow-ups and coordination with our operations team. There are no sales targets. Your job is fast, accurate customer service, making sure nothing a client asks for gets missed.

What you'll do

• Prepare quotations from client briefs within requested time
• Follow up on every quotation until the client confirms or declines
• Answer customer enquiries by WhatsApp, email and phone, from corporate clients and from online and retail customers
• Pass confirmed jobs to operations with a complete brief: items, quantities, date, venue, setup time and contact person
• Check job progress with the operations and purchasing teams, and keep clients updated on delivery and setup timing
• Keep client records and job details up to date in our systems
• Take day-to-day sales admin off the Senior Sales Executive's plate

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome and we'll train you
• B2B customer service or sales coordination experience is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. You'll be emailing corporate clients
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
• You reply quickly, keep track of details and follow through without being chased

Salary and benefits

• RM2,000 – RM2,500 per month
• EPF, SOCSO and EIS

• Overtime pay when overtime is needed

Hours and location

• Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, at our office in Klang
• Saturday, 9am – 1pm, working from home
• Permanent, full-time, with a 3-month probation
• Immediate start

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
