Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support
• Monitor and maintain applications to ensure high availability
• Troubleshoot, log, and track issues until resolution
• Document issues, solutions, and maintain knowledge base
• Support application testing and summarize test results
• Handle escalations and manage client expectations

Requirements:

• Technical/application support experience
• Write and read Mandarin
• Able to work rotating shifts (including weekends & public holidays) - You will only work half a month!
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Good to haves:

• Java
• HTML5
• Experience with ticketing systems / incident management
• Familiarity with application testing / UAT support

Team Dynamics & Culture:

• Reporting to the Application Support Lead
• Collaborating with teams across the globe

Work Location:

• Southern Europe
