Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operationsof Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, including product listings, pricing,promotions and campaigns.
2. Plan and executee-commerce campaigns, vouchers, bundles and promotional activities.
3. Manage and optimiseonline advertising campaigns and monitor ad spend, ROAS, conversion and salesperformance.
4. Manage social mediaplatforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
5. Plan and execute digitalmarketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and online sales.
6. Coordinate social mediacontent, product images and short-form videos.
7. Work with KOLs, contentcreators and affiliates to support marketing campaigns and drive sales.
8. Monitor sales,advertising and social media performance and prepare regular reports.
9. Coordinate with internalteams on inventory, orders, fulfilment and deliveries.
10. Monitor competitors,market trends and identify opportunities to improve online sales.
Requirements
1. 2–3 years of relevantexperience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.
2. Hands-on experiencemanaging Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok Shop.
3. Experience managingFacebook, Instagram and TikTok for business or marketing purposes.
4. Experience with Meta AdsManager and digital advertising campaigns.
5. Strong understanding ofe-commerce operations and digital marketing.
6. Proficient in MicrosoftExcel.
7. Familiarity with Canva,CapCut or similar tools is an advantage.
8. Good written and spokenChinese and English.
9. Proactive, independent,organised and results-oriented.
10. Experience in FMCG,beverages or consumer products is an advantage.
