Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: -
Machine Operation
:
Set up, run, and monitor production machinery and tools (e.g., for soldering, drilling, welding).
Assembly & Manufacturing
:
Assemble parts and products by hand or with power tools, following work orders and blueprints.
Quality Control
:
Conduct inspections to identify and remove faulty items, ensuring finished products meet standards.
Packaging & Shipping
:
Package, label, and prepare finished goods for distribution.
Material Handling
:
Load raw materials and stock finished products.
Maintenance & Cleaning
:
Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized, and report any issues.
Documentation
:
Record production activities as required.
Physical stamina and dexterity for repetitive, demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
Knowledge of safety procedures and a safety-conscious mindset.
Basic math and computer skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and good time management.
