We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team at Pasir Gudang, Johor. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, and daily operational activities.

What You’ll Be Learning & Doing

• Assist in handling customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls regarding bookings, delivery schedules, ETA, and operational updates.
• Assist in processing customer orders, quotations, e-invoicing, and related documentation.
• Help review, organize, and maintain customer orders and operational records.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal departments to support smooth delivery operations.
• Assist in updating logistics and operational systems, including JCT/PTP or other related platforms.
• Monitor delivery schedules, closing dates, and operational requirements.
• Support the operations team in daily administrative tasks and documentation.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required by the department.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
• Able to commit to the internship period required by the educational institution.
