Job Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Maintenance Operations – Coordinate and supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to schedule.
• Lead and Guide Maintenance Technicians – Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure maintenance work meets the required quality standards and deadlines.
• Ensure Equipment Reliability – Monitor the condition and performance of machinery and equipment to support smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
• Promote Workplace Safety – Ensure all maintenance activities comply with established safety procedures, standards, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues – Identify equipment faults, coordinate repairs, and implement corrective actions to minimize machinery downtime.
• Maintain Maintenance Records and Reports – Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment issues, repairs, and follow-up actions to support maintenance planning and monitoring.
• Support Teamwork and Operational Efficiency – Work closely with relevant departments to address maintenance issues and ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Basic supervisory, team coordination, or leadership skills.
• Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple maintenance tasks effectively.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
