Key Responsibilities

1. Culinary Operations & Service Delivery

  • Be based at Singapore Sports Hub and support culinary operations across assigned venues and events.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality standards.
  • Support menu development, recipe standardization, and food production planning.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, storage, and food waste control.
  • Ensure availability of key menu items to meet customer demand and business objectives.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with grooming, hygiene, and professional standards.

3. Financial & Inventory Management

  • Support budget, productivity, and profitability targets.
  • Manage manpower rostering and labour costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and asset security.

4. Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Deliver culinary solutions that meet client and customer expectations.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through customer feedback and operational insights.

5. Food Safety, Compliance & Workplace Safety

  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, WSH, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor food handling, storage, labelling, temperature control, and allergen management practices.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen, catering, or hospitality environment.
  • Proven experience leading and developing kitchen teams.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in menu development, recipe costing, and production planning.
  • Familiarity with large-scale catering, event, or banquet operations is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and alignment with company values.
