Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the overarching brand positioning for OldTown White Coffee, ensuring the delicate balance between preserving nostalgic kopitiam heritage and appealing to the modern, tech-savvy millennial/Gen Z demographic.
• Commercial Alignment: Partner directly with you (the GM) and Operations to ensure marketing initiatives directly impact footfall, average ticket size, and Same-Store Sales Growth (SSSG).
• Agency & Partner Management: Ruthlessly manage external creative, PR, or media agencies. Cut out wasteful retainers and pivot toward project-based, performance-driven partnerships.
• Budget Optimization: Champion the "doing more with less" philosophy. Reallocate budgets from low-yielding traditional media to high-impact hyper-local digital and community activations.

Summary of Key Requirements:

• Marketing experience : minimum 3 years
• F&B experience : Minimum 2 years
• Data Analysis experience.
• Online Sales platform management experience – core data analysis, marketing planning & management, liaising with vendors.
• CRM program establishment, management, growth achievement.
• Local Store Marketing – review marketing needs for identified outlet, plan and execute campaigns.
