To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as an Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in developing operational work plans to ensure that the teams clearly understand project objectives and deliverables.

• Plan work schedules and deploy manpower effectively to ensure the on-time fulfilment and delivery of finished goods.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of finished goods.

• Assist in managing operational costs within the approved annual budget.

• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control of finished goods through regular monitoring and reconciliation.

• Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained working environment.

• Serve as the primary liaison with the building management for all facilities-related matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline 

• At least 3 years of experience in operations and fulfilment

• Familiarity with Fleet Management systems is preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible and resourceful, able to adapt to changing needs
