Requirements
A sales representative tasked with initiating a wellness business relationship with potential customers and responsible for sales growth . Your responsibilities revolve around building relationships with specialists, promoting products or services, and driving sales, which inclusive:
Sales Channel Generation: Identify potential clients at any possible channels.
Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Building trust and rapport is crucial for long-term partnerships.
Sales Support: Provide excellent post-sales support, including order processing, product training, and addressing client inquiries or issues. This helps in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research: Continuously gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback from clients. This information can be used to refine the product offerings and sales strategies.
Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and results. Regularly report to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborating with marketing team in the organization of sales and marketing activities (e.g. workshop, exhibition booth)
