Key Responsibilities

• Review alerts and transaction information in line with established procedures.
• Investigate payment failures, reversals and settlement discrepancies.
• Prepare incident timelines, supporting evidence and recommended actions.
• Escalate cases appropriately and track responses through resolution.
• Maintain accurate case records and provide clear shift handovers.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to monitoring and process improvements.

Requirements

• Around 2–3 years of experience in transaction monitoring, payment risk or incident investigation.
• Practical experience investigating payment anomalies.
• Understanding of payment and settlement processes.
• Strong English reading and written documentation skills.
• Experience with local e-wallets, merchant acquiring or cross-time-zone handovers is an advantage.
