Job Requirements & Skills
- Licensing: A Class E license is required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 25kg–30kg and spend long periods standing or driving.
- Punctuality: Logistics relies on tight schedules; being on time is the most critical soft skill

Key Responsibilities
1. Transportation & Delivery
- Safe Operation: Driving company vehicles (vans, box trucks, or lorries) to deliver products to customers or other distribution centers.
- Route Planning: Using GPS or maps to plan the most efficient routes to meet delivery windows.
- Securing Loads: Ensuring all items are properly stacked and strapped to prevent damage during transit.
2. Warehouse Operations
- Picking & Packing: Locating items in the warehouse based on order sheets and preparing them for shipment.
- Loading/Unloading: Operating manual or powered equipment (like pallet jacks or forklifts) to load goods onto vehicles.
3. Vehicle Care & ComplianceInspections: Performing daily pre-trip checks (oil, tires, lights) and reporting any mechanical issues.Cleanliness: Keeping the vehicle interior and the warehouse loading bay tidy.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate delivery logs, fuel receipts, and ensuring customers sign for received goods
