Responsibilities
1. P&L Documentation and Management
Prepare the annual and quarterly marketing budget submissions for the Head of Marketing, by spend line — brand, trade, digital, app, events, KOL and agency.
Produce the monthly budget-versus-actual report with variance commentary, marketing cost-to-sales ratio and proposed corrective action.
Compile return-on-marketing-investment data for every campaign, promotion and activation using the agreed attribution method.
2. Full-Year Event and Campaign Calendar Governance
Build and maintain the twelve-month marketing calendar covering campaigns, product launches, promotions, festive seasons, activations, outlet openings, KOL releases, app campaigns and IP collaborations.
Align the calendar with Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, Finance and Business Development before it is locked.
Enforce lead times for briefs, creative, approvals, printing, stock and outlet readiness, and flag slippage early.
3. Fact Check and Approval of Creatives
Act as first-line approver for all key visuals, artwork, menu boards, packaging, in-store collateral, social posts, app banners, push notifications, EDMs and press materials.
Check compliance with brand guidelines, IP and usage rights, KOL disclosure rules, and advertising and labelling requirements in each market.
Fact-check every claim: prices, promotion mechanics, dates, terms and conditions, participating outlets, product names, ingredients, nutritional and allergen information, and halal statements.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Build member segments and lifecycle journeys — welcome, first purchase, birthday, lapsed-member reactivation and tier upgrade.
Track customer feedback and complaints raised through CRM channels, and ensure they are closed with Operations within agreed service levels.
Plan and execute CRM campaigns through the BEUTEA app: push notifications, in-app messages, vouchers, EDMs and SMS.
5. SOP and Team Efficiency Excellence
Write, maintain and enforce SOPs for every recurring marketing process: briefing, creative approval, campaign launch, promotion setup, KOL engagement, event delivery, purchasing and invoice processing, CRM campaigns and complaint escalation.
Run weekly team meetings, workload planning and task tracking.
Identify bottlenecks and remove them through process changes, tools and automation.
6. Duty Roster Management
Build and publish the monthly marketing duty roster covering office hours, weekend and public holiday cover, event and activation shifts, and outlet opening support.
Plan manpower ahead of the event calendar for every launch, event, post and complaint, including weekends, festive peaks and outlet openings.
Run an on-call rota for social media community management and brand escalations, with defined response times outside office hours.
General Duties
Deputise for the Head of Marketing when required.
Coordinate day-to-day work with agencies, KOLs, vendors and the app development partner.
Support outlet openings, franchise partner marketing and overseas market launches.
Prepare marketing reports and materials for management meetings.
Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the Head of Marketing.
