About the role

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at our Johor office on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client-facing operations, combining administrative excellence with sales acumen to deliver outstanding results. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills whilst working with a professional and supportive team.

What you'll be doing

• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable car spare parts.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the car spare parts industry.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; good verbal and written communication skills.
