Job Summary
Coordinate safety, security, and facilities management activities to ensure compliance and risk mitigation within the organization, driving continuous improvement through training, inspections, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement safety policies, risk assessments, procedures, and standards to enhance workplace safety and compliance
Deliver in-house and customized safety training to equip employees with essential safety knowledge and practices
Conduct regular inspections of workplaces and vehicles to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards
Facilitate regular safety meetings with workers to communicate updates and reinforce safety culture
Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety standards and procedures among employees
Liaise with Government Bureaus to manage licensing, HSE inspections, investigations, audits, visits, and presentations effectively
Support clients’ safety audits by providing relevant documentation and assistance
Identify potential workplace hazards and recommend actionable improvements to mitigate risks
Assist in developing and updating safety training syllabi to reflect current best practices and regulations
Keep safety policies and procedures updated by monitoring and incorporating new regulatory requirements
