Job Description:

• PQA Engineer for MEMS, SMT and ECM
• Make inspection standards, limit samples, and point inspection samples.
• Produce quality documents, train and verify the results.
• Review the quality documents obtained during the handover of new products, including samples, inspection samples, inspection templates, customer requirements, etc., and convert them into mass production documents and samples.
• Guide and supervise QC The work of
• Conduct an assessment of the inspection ability of the inspectors.
• Establish and implements SPC Tools (such as X—bax) monitor, analyze and improve process data.
• Plan, lead and implement the line body review before the new product is transferred to mass production.
• Plan, Iead and implement product audits and process audits of mass-produced products and conduct hierarchical audits.
• Before the external audit, arrange the pre-audit of the production line and the materials involved based on the information obtained.
• Participate in process abnormalities/Audit exception/OQC Analysis of the causes of inspection abnormalities and other issues, discussion of measures, and approval
• Track and confirm the effectiveness of improvement measures.
• Standardization of measures and horizontal expansion.
• Key follow-up confirmation of the first order of products, and supervision of the quality status of products and processes.
• 5M1E When changes are made, the internaI implementation is tracked.
• MRBReview and follow-up of abnormal disposal of Materials in the production line.
• Production and verification tracking of key products, data analysis and collection.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality engineering role, preferably in the electronics and automotive manufacturing.
• Thorough understanding of quality management systems and international standards such as ISO 9001, QC080000, IATF16949, ESD
• Good knowledge of electronic technology and machinery, familiar with TWS, Automotive, consumer electronics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
