About the role
A sales role focused on developing and executing sales strategies in automation and manufacturing technology, building client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align sales efforts
- Create detailed sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field
- At least 7 years of successful sales experience in automation, manufacturing technology, or related technical fields
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing accounts
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to speak in multiple languages (added advantage)
